Stunningly beautiful and absolutely fantastic hotel, my favourite in Birmingham. Absolutely brilliant room, shower facilities and bath sheets in the room. Pleasant view over the beautifully manicured gardens and outdoor seating area.

Wi-Fi was very poor.

The rooms were good value for money and with large shower, coffee, as example. I loved that the design was modern. The staff was caring in all services. The hotel was in a remote setting in the restaurant during the evening.

Well, it was a relaxing stay for three nights. The location was absolutely perfect - just a walk down to everywhere we wanted to go. Plus, our hotel was located 5 km from tourist attractions like Peel Museum.

It was weekend and we would definitely return here. Everything was perfect, consistently courteous staff made our stay excellent! They offered us fantastic meals, had a wide array of options to choose from.

This place was a relaxed and convenient spot for a wedding, the room was nicely decorated and fulfilled our requests, the bed was spacious, and the staff were incredibly attentive, plus it's in a secluded area with nearby tourist attractions.

I have stayed here before and it met the demands. Brilliant base for a wedding ceremony, felt like home. The rooms were spotless and luxurious with comfortable beds, drinks in the bar, for example, no complaint. I had amazing food for breakfast for vegetarians.

The downstairs living area is in a beautiful location and the staff here are very good, everything was excellent.
